The AV Flexologic washout unit is the best solution for sleeves and photopolymer printing plates that require a rotary washout. The washout unit is built for the use of alternative solvents.
Oscillating brushes with variable speed and adjustable height rotate in the washout solvent. A quick-lock system holds the sleeve in the right position. The lid opens and closes pneumatically. The machine is PLC controlled and provided with a touch screen. Optionally the machine can be installed in-line with a solvent regeneration unit. Cones carry the sleeve during wrapping, vulcanising and washing. Special care is taken to produce a sleeve with almost dry surface.
